Hello,

Welcome to your Perfect System newsletter. In this issue:

  • Perfect timing?
  • Traffic Exchanges - how to make them work.
  • Customer complaints as an opportunity.

Perfect Timing?
Earlier in the week I sent out an update regarding Clicks Matrix who had increased their surf ratio and were also giving away huge amounts of bonus clicks. Needless to say, moments after the e-mail landed in your in-tray they reverted to their normal surf ratio!

In fairness, I did say that I thought this might not last too long! They are still giving away large numbers of bonus credits.

However, all is not lost. I believe the surf ratio may have been increased to stimulate activity on the exchange which is up for sale. The owners are also selling two other exchanges:

WebMaster Quest

Cash Clicking

The surf ratio in Webmaster Quest has now been increased. So if you're a member it's worth surfing at the moment. If you're not already a member then you can join by clicking the link above.

I expect they may vary the surf ratio and the amount of bonus credits being given out on all of these three exchanges over the next few weeks as they look to make a sale. It'll be worth your while to check in from time to time and see what's happening on these exchanges.

Traffic Exchanges - How To Make Them Work
Despite what many people will tell you, traffic exchanges are a good way to advertise. You do need to use them properly though.

It should be possible for you to get double digit signups daily from traffic exchanges.

In order to keep the newsletter to a reasonable length I won't go into detail here - but visit this new page if you want some hints and tips.

Customer Complaints As An Opportunity
I received an irate e-mail from someone who had visited the site and had a problem which caused his PC to lock up. When I investigated it turned out there was an error with the way the articles pages opened.

This was completely invisible to me on my own PC due to my browser type. I would never have found it had the gentleman not complained.

He did me a huge favour. I intend to give him a back link as a small thank you. If you'd like to visit his site in the meantime the link is below - it's a good source of information.

The error has now been rectified. If you have experienced similar problems at any point then please accept my apologies.

Have a good weekend.

Best Regards,

Hamish
